i was a foki on an unlicenced boat which left LAN KING

(not on chart) on 26.9.40 at 09.00 hours bound for TAI O`(British

Territory). Altogether there were five persons on board including

The cargo consisted of bananas, ducks and

I saw a Japanese motor boat painted grey, no masts, and no

funnels and flying a Japanese naval flag at its stern come from

their cargo being dumped into the water. Both of the crews of

these boots were tuken on the motor boat. The Japanese then

knocked holes in two boats and they sank. The motor boat then

was cut by the Japanese. The rope was then tied to the star-
