i was a foki on an unlicenced boat which left LAN KING

(not on chart) on 26.9.40 at 09.00 hours bound for TAI O`(British
Territory). Altogether there were five persons on board including

The cargo consisted of bananas, ducks and

After ay boat had been in tow for about 10 minutes the tow rope
was cut by the Japanese. The rope was then tied to the star-

and some others managed to cling to the bottom of the capsized
